Fane gop MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR 09 JUL 2021 No. 2021-_078 To : ALL PROVINCIAL GOVERNORS, CITY AND MUNICIPAL MAYORS, PUNONG BARANGAYS, DILG REGIONAL DIRECTORS AND FIELD OFFICES, MILG- BARMM MINISTER, AND ALL OTHERS CONCERNED SUBJECT : ENJOINING THE PARTICIPATION OF BARANGAYS IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PHILSYS CAMPAIGN The Department steadfastly supports the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) in the implementation of the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) on the National 1D Campaign Upon the request of Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Jose Ruperto Martin M. Andanar to reach the general public and encourage registration in PhilSys, all local government units are hereby enjoined to encourage the participation of all barangays for the said campaign. Specifically, the barangays can do the following 1. Share registration-related updates from the Official PhilSys Facebook page (hitos /Awww.f com/PSAPhilSysOfficial); 2. Facilitate barangay roving announcements from the PCOO; 3. Distribute electronic and print materials from PCOO such as audio- video presentations and flyers to raise awareness about PhilSys and encourage residents to register; and 4, Tap Barangay Information Officers for distribution of above-mentioned materials in schools and health centers All DILG Regional Directors and field offices are hereby directed to cause the immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum Circular For the guidance of all concerned
