Accused, represented by the Public Attorney’s Office through the
undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court, respectfully avers;

a. That per Order of the Honorable Court dated June 10, 2021,
accused is directed to reduce his proposal in writing with respect to
the civil aspect of this case;

b. That upon conferring with the accused, the proposed civil

indemnity is FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS for both cases. That if
the private complainant would be amenable, it will be given by the
accused on the next scheduled hearing;

c. That as to other conditions of the plea bargaining, the same remain.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is respectfully

prayed of this Manifestation be duly Noted.

Other relief just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
