In a nutshell

1. Classical theory refers to types in which management activity is carried out and
grounded. These are the collections of hypotheses and philosophies that define the
values, assumptions and experiences of individuals in accordance with their
respective intellectual capacity for a certain phenomena.

2. Sometimes, individuals grow up surrounded by poor role models. We may,

however, direct people by giving them better models to emulate.

3. Confucianism, and Daoism is thoughtful and introspective, is activist and

extroverted. Unlike many people in Western cultures who think that a person can
only subscribe to one belief system or another, the same person may believe in the
value of both belief systems.
