Activity 1:

EXPOSITION: Joe a military trooper for America.

Jose a simple farmer that lives in a nipa house.

INCITING INCDENTE: The 1st problem from the story is there is no bar in the the
barrio were can they buy some alcohol to drink.

RISING ACTION: A soldier ask is there bar in the barrio. But there is no bar so the
farmer invited the drunken soldier to his house and offered some lambanog a local
alcohol in the barrio.

CLIMAX: Joe asked why Jose spilling some good alcohol to the ground the joe
replied. He just doing it because we need to give back some to the earth were it
came from.

FALLING ACTION: Jose give a sliced lemon to Joe that dipped in unrefined salt. But
the lemon doesn’t help Joe. Because of the whisky drink he was fainting hard and
tears rolling to his cheeks. Then suddenly Joe amok just like a carabao.

DENOUVENT (RESOLUTION): The story end when they are bought drank and
Jose decided to take Joe back into his camp with his comrades. After he bought Joe
into his barracks Joe offered some beer to Jose but he decline and he said we
Filipino are mild drinkers.

Activity 1.2:

It appeals even we are different, we can still share and it’s still happening this days.
Also we just very had known as being kind to others so that’s what make us popular
into other nation.

ACTIVITY 1.3:

The moral of the story is we need to be kind to other people and we need to respect
all we meet. Even they are strangers they can be part of our lives. If they show
kindness to us we need to show them kindness. Then everything will be fine and
even theirs a problem they need us to support them. In simple explanation if we give
kindness to others kindness will be back to us.
ACTIVITY 2: ESSAY

Story can have different types even if its short or long and have different information.
To create a short story we need to put the elements of story to make it. The story is
an art that show us different ways of making it. And it’s a part of our history because
some short story contains information that can help us. And some of it have different
theme that make it popular in other ways.

ESSAY:

We are too dependent in technology. Because now a day’s technology was make
our lives easier and make simple. For example if we use our cell phones and
computer to search some info from the internet. And some of the work was made by
technology even farming. Technology now a days was used I everything and its used
by everyone to do some work.
