However, others consider who have physical health as the best participants in sports. In my perspective,
both physical fitness and mental toughness are of great significance in equal measure.

Sports players has been commonly regarded that they should have physical health that facilitates their
performance. Firstly, muscular strength can help athletes to accomplish easily their daily exercise as well
as competition. Well-prepared in building up strong physical health is an essential condition for the
success of sport players such as weightlifter. In addition, some sports certainly require relentless
physical manoeuvres , so players should have brute strength and stamina in order to perfectly complete
their match such as footballers.

On the other hand, strong mentality is also considered as an important part in sports. Champions of
every sport tend to possess high competitiveness that help them overcome physical pain and pressure,
leading them to victory. Cristiano Ronaldo is a specific example of a football player who could handle
these and achieve many prestigious awards in his career. Furthermore, to maintain competitors career
in a long time, they need to have an intense passion and mental prowess is also responsible for
motivating them when they feel bored and tired.

In conclusion, mental health is just as important as physical health in gaining sporting success. Currently,
all coaches are also realized the important role of two physically fit and mentally toughness, and I
believe that they will have a dominant strategy that helps their players to balance both.
