Introduction

Punctuality and regular attendance are very

important in our school progress. Studies show that
better attendance is related to higher academic
achievement for students .” students who attend school
regularly score higher on tests than their peers who are
frequently absent. “
 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEMS

This study focused in Observation of Progress and Panctuality of

Attendance of Grade 11 Automotive 2 students of Buenaventura Alandy
National Highschool and this research conducted to answer the following
questions:
• .What are the personal reasons of each students in Grade 11 automotive 2 to
do cutting classes , subject lates and absences? And factors that can affect
student to attend their subject class?

• .What will be the action plan that will can develop and build the student
progress in class attendance?

SCOPE AND LIMITATION

The research study may present only the integration of the student attendance
sheet and performance the presentation of absenteeism and tardiness in school time
activities ang lectures in Grade 11 Automotive 2 in year of 2017-2018. The respondent
were compose of thirty individuals in specialized area of automotive servicing.
The investigation will conduct and perform in school of Buenaventura Alandy
National High School at barangay Ibabang Bukal Tayabas City. The research will
depends in the basis of attendance sheet and performance of classs

METHODOLOGY
• Locale of Study
This study covered in selected specialized area of Automotive Servicing in
Buenaventura Alandy National High School .The Observation of Attendance Report
was conducted in the first semester class of Grade 11 Automotive 2 in month of June
to October last year of 2017.
• Research Pupolation and Sampling
The respondents where compose of thirty (30) individuals which all boys where
in four (4) voluntary students from specialized area of Grade11 Automotive 2 together
with Guidance Councilor and where the subject teacher, the respondents were chosen
a convenience. The selected respondent composed of (4) co-student and Guidance
Councilor, Subject Teacher and Adviser from Buenaventura Alandy National High
School.
The sampling design used by the researchers to find respondents was
convenience sampling because many students relates this situation to punctuality of
attendance and can voluntary opened in the researcher.
RESEARCH INSTRUMENT
The main instrument and techniques to gathered data and information is
through out interview and collection of data to it`s corresponding question to
implement the quality of information data gathering procedure.

DATA GATHERING PROCEDURE

The researcher asked the permission of the OIC coordinator to guidance
counsellor, adviser and lastly the students. The permission letter and delivered
to approved at school, before the teachers to student to allow the researcher o
conduct research from the school.

 INTERPRETATION
•
• Attending in school is an opportunity for the process
of our lives as a student and youth. They will be
trained as good citizen and be taught and be able
to apply their own knowledge and to share
experiences that in their future but in almost many
student get tired when are no teachers and classes
meetings and they though is right to not attend.In
that case we suppose to view the main reasons of
student of grade 11 automotive 2 why they do
absences.
CONCLUSION

• In the part of researchers we observed that there are most

student more priorities leisure time done studies in school gain
knowledge. Then we suppose to prove tardiness is the one
reason why student is out of place and letting student followed
their own set of rules in attending classes
• The participation of every each student will suppose to see and
revealed in school that to develop their own skills and
knowledge. Then engage with different activities regarding self
development program to upgrades their selves to a better
student within school or an outside of school.
•
RECOMMENDATION
1 The researchers recommend to the teacher and administrators of school
about launching of a guidance counselling together with their parents or
guadians to set an idea and plan solution to resolve this case problems.
The students must have to convince together with help of their families to
convinced and to be opened and express their reasons through consulting and
furoms.

2 The action plan that we will recommend is launching of different

activities together with educational program plan of DepEd let away
student in bad influence of their prioreties to apply a true general
knowledge must student gain and adapt it with emotional bared and
enjoyment.
