    Subject: - Regarding Non-payment of books of Rs. 27304/- supplied by CoA

    With reference to the above subject and your mail dated 05/02/2021 Regarding Non-Payment of
    books of Rs. 27304/- supplied by CoA, New Delhi in different dates to the IATP, BU, Jhansi. As we
    already intimated by our letter on 10/02/2021 that as per our office records in the Department library the
    books were supplied in different dates. But bills were not dispatched along with the books. As the
    University systems without any bills received no payments are issued, as no bills are available, that’s why
    the above payment could not be made. Kindly it is requested to send above bill to department by mail or
    post at the earliest, so that it can be processed. As you know due to COVID-19 pandemic the University
    was closed from 24th March, 2021. So, no bills have been received yet for the books from COA, New
    Delhi.
