This collection of work reflection my abilities and based on what I achieved this year, I am trying

to contextualize the delivery of teaching and learning process because of the situation that we
are facing. Personally, it created a paradigm shift in me in relation to my teaching career since I
experienced two contexts, one that is in my previous school and the other is in my current
school assignment. All these formed and met my professional development goals in this new
normal. The artifacts presented herein are reflection of my personal and professional
engagements able to constantly improve and contribute to the quality of teaching and
instruction. This course allowed me to be more flexible and adaptive to different styles and
techniques. It also provided me a deeper understanding on the importance of contextualizing
learning materials and resources to be more inclusive and providing better learning
environment to my diverse and unique learners.

This course also provided me to assess multiple situations and reflect on my capacity in the
delivery of the teaching process in the new normal. With the learning I acquired, I was able to
understand professionally and develop a sense of responsibility on my personal and
professional growth. I learned to deeply understand my strength and weaknesses which
became the steppingstone for me to craft my professional development plan for improvement
and growth.

Lastly, in the delivery of my teaching using our division’s modality, it gave a different and new
perspective on the use and integration of technology and collaboration among peers to
advance and deliver educational services with ease, efficiency, and effectivity.
