(and the entire Foster Walker East Dining Commons) feature meals prepared without the
top eight allergens and gluten. Our Kosher Kitchen is located at Allison Dining Commons SOYBEAN WHEAT FISH SHELLFISH
and kosher and halal meals are available at every Dining Commons on request. AVOIDING

On November 14th, 2018 Northwestern Dining hosted a waste audit at Sargent Dining guest satisfaction for two
Commons. We worked with Eatable and several student organizations to sort over 800 lbs of consecitive days in a row.
There were over 200
waste! This waste audit provided an opportunity to evaluate training programs, food
responses recorded from a
packaging, and largest sources of waste from the kitchen. It was also a fun experience that sample of Northwestern
