1. Tell me about yourself:
Well, my name is Tuhin Ghosal.

I have done my B.Sc in chemistry and B.Tech in Chemical Technology. Before joining this
institution I was working in Fresenius Kabi oncology ltd. Mainly my work was in quality control. I
got promoted as Officer from an apprentice in 7 months and also got the opportunity to lead a
team consist of 6 trainee. What I mostly loved in my job that was, it needs problem-solving skills,
small day-to-day innovation, and stringency of regulation, and also it gave everyday new
challenges. I love to do explore new things.

After joining this institution I figured out that I have to gain skills to be a better manager. So, I
have done some professional certifications and 2 internships which shows my interest in data-
driven decision-making.

. I love to do photography, it makes me stress release.

As a person, I would like to express myself as keen to learn, proactive and self motivated.

1 i)How do you make data driven solution?

As you can see in my CV, I was working in a domain where I had to audit in different
departments and trend chart analysis.I had to do trend chart analysis because I needed to
take the decision ,whether this batch of product would be going to meet the requirement
of specific regulatory market or not. So, here data used to talk about whether product
meets the specification or not?
To make data driven decision we need to be curious and critical thinker
Steps of Data driven solution:
1. Define the objective or problem statement
2. Look at the data which is available ,which would help to figure out the solution
3. If some extra data point needed then add or define the source of data
4. Use particular tool which is universally accepted and well known.
5. Visualization of Data
6. Make report which states the insight of analysis and outcome.

II) What is critical thinking?

Critical thinking is the ability to think to analyze clearly , understand looking into logic
and judgment as well as finding solutions of issues or problems understand the logic
between ideas and thoughts what can a connection be?.
For example:
Continually evaluating how I spend my time can help me discover tasks and activities that
may change how I prioritize my duties. For example, if I am allocating a lot of time to an
activity that has a low return, such as administrative tasks or internal reporting, I might
consider re-prioritizing my schedule to spend more time on high-return tasks.
2. Who is better manger according to you?
Those who do not want to be a manager, but they decide to be a manager cause no one
gonna do job as good as them. They have same goal as their leader. They need to know
what is the objective of doing a particular job and inherently figure out how it should be
done.

3.Why did you leave your most recent company?

I loved my experience at Fresenius Kabi oncology ltd. I learned a lot about quality
management, process improvement, how to work in pressure, communicate with external
audit agency. I really miss my co-worker and bosses ,especially Ravi Rastogi Sir, and saini
Sir, who always motivated me to pursue higher education and they always told me that I
could be a successful manager or a good consultant. That opportunity did not exist with in
Fresenius Kabi. So I chose to leave the organization and took Cat.

5. Why should I hire you?{ Compound Curosity}

I’m very confident that I would add real value to your company’s success as your [Post

the right analytical skill-set, having almost 2 years of work ex in a regulatory organization,
and also I have work ethic that is second to none and a big network of people in your
particular industry. I have a proven track record of getting promoted in 7 months which
depicts my zeal and competiveness of adapting new environment. I was awarded with an
honourium at my previous company. It’s not just my background in Operation – or my
interpersonal skills, which have helped me create, develop and maintain a goal oriented
mindset .But I feel highly passionate about this industry, which also comes across in my
personal project that I have done in the past. I love to get things done, and that always
with lots of determination and a smile on my face. As you can see to my Previous
employers I would be describe as an younger talent. I would feel very excited to start
