One Division or War host must be led by a Lord character. All the other War hosts in the army must
be led by any of the other available characters. Each war host must contain at least 4 units. Note
that artillery, Genies and monsters do not count towards this total. 1 in every 2 War hosts can be
joined by an unattached commander (see page **)
The armies of the Qin Orient are led by commanders who have access to some of the greatest
strategic minds. When playing an encounter game, a Qin Orient player can add + 1 to the die roll
when rolling to go first.
