DELIVERABLES DESCRIPTION

1. LAND This is considered as the main material in this

project. In order to build a home for the
homeless, the proponents need to acquire a land
through the help of government agency.
2. COGON ROOF The proponents will use a cogon in making the
roof of the house. Having this kind of roof will
decrease the prevention of a fire hazard. In
addition, acquiring this material is easy since it is a
widespread weed which can grow in tropical
conditions like the Philippines.

3. STABILIZERS The proponents also used stabilizers to enhance

a. Cement the material’s resistance against water. Provided
below are the stabilizers which the proponents
will utilize.

a. Cement
This will also use to ensure the
durability of the house that are going to
build. It is mixed to the mud to have a
strong concrete.

b. Lime Paint b. Lime Paint

The proponents will use a lime paint
so that the walls will never suffer the
dreadful cold clamminess of concrete. It’s
non-toxic and also versatile.

4. MUD Mud is the most important component of this

proposal since this is the material that the
proponents will utilize in order to implement the
whole project. This will serve as a wall of the
house which can make this project an eco-
friendly but also a home that is affordable and
cost effective. Having mud as the primary
material will surely lessen the expected cost of
creating the mud house.
