Dealing with Different Emotions: Shyness and Anger

It is really hard to deal to deal with different kinds of emotions. Just like shyness
and anger. Sometimes it is unpredictable, but we have to deal with these emotions,
instead of letting it getting worst.
To deal with shyness and anger, I will enrich my assets in building stronger
relationship with my family, friends, classmates and community, because I know that
they will be a big factor to face these emotions, they will be a big factor and influence
to me. I will develop my assets by learning and have my self-identity and social
competence and commitments towards learning.
On the other hand, I will enrich my strengths, and let my weaknesses be my
strengths as well. I will eliminate my negativity emotions, focus on the good and in
positivity.
To deal with my shyness, I will just ignore people that surround me. Ignore
whatever they will say and think about me. And with anger, as long as I can, I will
control this emotion, I will control myself until I can think a better thing to do from things
that makes me angry or mad.
