¾ Small holes are drilled every 2”

(50 mm) of inside radius and
every 4” (100mm) in the flat
area to prevent air entrapment
when the decorative comes into
contact with the panel.

¾ 0.6 – 0.7 mm drill bit is utilized

¾ Drill holes are small enough not

to telegraph once decorative is
applied.
