Dear Sirs,

We/I have been sanctioned loan of Rs._______________ vide sanction letter No.___dated_________
and subsequent Loan agreement dated _____ and related security documents executed by us/me in
your favour.

I hereby request you to disburse my above sanction loan amount_________________ in my favour.

In pursuance to the terms and conditions of the above Loan Agreement, we/ I hereby undertake to
honour all the payments to ECL Finance Ltd (ECLFL) towards Loan including but not limited to principal
amount, Interest and all other amount due in accordance with the above Agreement. We/I are / am
aware that interest on loan shall begin to accrue and become payable from the date of debit to the Loan
account simultaneously with EHFL’s / ERFL’s disbursement of the Loan by issuing disbursement Pay
order, Demand draft, Cheque or otherwise, without ECL Finance Ltd (ECLFL) concerning itself with the
receipt of such disbursement by the beneficiary/recipient and also with the realization of such Pay order
/ Demand Draft / Cheque or the time taken in such realization.

We/I undertake to submit the following documents to ECL Finance Ltd (ECLFL) and we/ I am aware that
payment instrument will be handed over to me post submission of the below mention documents:
