Titan Raga, which is known to come out with advertisements promoting Women's Independence,
shook the world yet again on the occasion of International Women’s Day, 2016.
The advertisement starts with senior members of an organization discussing the performance of
employees when they come across Kiran. They notice that Kiran’s performance is rated as exceptional
by her senior and are shown to be biased that she has won his trust due to her gender. It is later
revealed that Kiran is actually a man and his performance is the result of his hard work.
At the end of the ad the lines “Change the way you look at a woman’s success. She is unstoppable
now” give a huge message. Raga hits the right notes by portraying itself as the ultimate women’s
brand.
