Course description:

This is a major course in finance area. The objective is to equip students with theories and tools
to take investment as profession and /or evaluate performance of fund managers.

General conduct and behavior:


Regular and punctual attendance at lectures is expected in this course. If any student misses three
consecutive classes without acceptable and proven reason he/she will be dismissed from the
course.

Students are expected to conduct with consideration and respect for the needs of other fellow
students and teaching staff. Conducts which unduly disrupts or interferes with a class, such as
ringing or talking on mobile phones, is not acceptable in such situation students may be asked to
leave the class.

Students are required to come to classes wearing business casual.

Students must take an active role in their learning experience and will be expected to read the
assigned material and complete written assignments prior to class.

Remember, there is no tolerance to plagiarism. Any sort of plagiarism may result failing grade
and dismissal from the course, program and the University. So, take responsibility to know
about plagiarism and the rules of proper referencing.
