DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This DEED OF DONATION is made and executed by and between;

I, MAXIMO URSONAL SURIGAO, Filipino , of legal age, married to Nenita Rose

Surigao, and a resident of Situbo, Sergio Osmeňa Sr., Zamboanga del Norte, hereinafter called as
the DONOR;

-and-

ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF DIPOLOG INC. hereinafter known as the

DONEE, represented by MOST REV. SEVERO C. CAERMARE , D.D., of legal age, Filipino
, single and with residence and postal address at Bishop’s Residence , Sicayab , Dipolog City,
Zamboanga del Norte;

W I T N E S S E T H;

That the DONOR is the absolute owner and lawful possessor of a parcel of land together
with all the improvements thereon, situated at San Juan, Sergio Osmeňa Sr., Zamboanga del
Norte and more particularly described as follows;

“A parcel of land known as Lot No. 3, CCS-09-000650 (Identical to Lot 5590, Pls-5),
containing an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND NINETY TWO (13,092) Square Meters and
covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal na Titulo Blg. P-48713”

That for and in consideration of the DONOR’s love, faith and loyalty to the Roman
Catholic Church and as an act of liberality and generosity , the DONOR hereby freely and
voluntarily GIVE , DONATE ,CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY by way of DONATION, a
portion of the above described parcel of land containing an area THREE HUNDRED FIFTY
(350) Square Meters (14 meters x 25 meters) to be used as location area of the SAINT
MICHAEL ARCHANGEL CHAPEL of the faithful in UPPER, SAN JUAN, SERGIO
OSMEÑA , ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE, free from all liens and encumbrances:

The DONOR hereby allow the DONEE a three (3) meter-wide road right of way for the
necessary access highway to the public road in favor of the the faithful at SAINT MICHAEL
ARCHANGEL CHAPEL.

That the DONOR does hereby state, for the purpose of giving full effect this donation,
that she reserves sufficient properties to support her in a manner appropriate to her needs;

That the DONEE, the ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF DIPOLOG, INC., duly
represented by MOST REV. SEVERO C. CAERMARE, D.D., do hereby accept this donation
and do hereby express his gratitude for the kindness and liberality of the DONOR;
