SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, DELMA B. DULANG, Filipino, of legal age all, widow to Cristino N. Dulang and a
resident of Barangay Poblacion, Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte, by these presents, name and
appoint, MARKJESON C. QUINLOG and MARIA CECILLE M. QUINLOG, all of legal
age, Filipinos, husband and wife and residents of Mangangon, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte,
to be our true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and in our name, place and stead, and for my
own benefit, to do and perform all or any of the following acts and things to wit;

1. To process and/or transact with government agencies, such as but not limited to BIR,
Registry of Deeds, Assessor’s Office, DAR, for the processing of the transfer of title, Re:
Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-30939, which I purchased per Deed of Absolute Sale,
denominated as Doc. No. 118, Page No. 25, Book No. IV, Series of 2013 of the Notarial
Register of Notary Public, ATTY. MIGUEL L. ABAS,CPA.;
2. To pay the necessary fees and to sign for and in my behalf documents relative to the
foregoing authorities;
3. To claim and receive, documents such as Transfer Certificate of Title, Tax Declaration,
Clearances,etc.
4. To perform such other functions relative to the foregoing authorities;

Giving and granting unto the said Attorney-in-fact the full power and authority, to do and
perform all acts and thing whatsoever necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to
all intent and purposes as We might or could do if personally present hereby ratifying and
confirming all transactions of all kinds and all that the said Attorney-in-Fact, their delegates or
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
