I, JENDA LACE S. DELORIA, of legal age, Filipino, and with residential address at Lot 24
Block 7 Phase 2 Bagong Nayon, Brgy, San Luis Antipolo, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND
APPOINT MS. NESTLE LAKSAMANA-GOLOSO, also of legal age, Filipino, and with residential
address at Sitio Hinapao, Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City, to be my true and lawful attorneys-in-fact to
appear and represent me, to do and perform all or any of the following acts:

1. To file, apply for, and process my application for Retailer’s Permit FC/PD (Permit to Sale
Fireworks and Synthetic Devices) at Explosives Management Division, Camp Crame, EMD, FEO, Quezon
City;

2. To file, apply for, and process my application for Business Permit, and whatever permit/s
and/or licenses necessary for my Permit to Sale Fireworks and Synthetic Devices at local government
office/s and/or agency/ies of Antipolo City;

3. To pay all fees necessary for Nos. 1 and 2; and make, sign, execute and deliver any and
all documents and papers in connection with above transaction for and in my behalf;

4. To generally do and perform every act which may be requisite, necessary or proper to
carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorneys-in-fact full power and authority to do
and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises,
as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that our said attorneys shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
