Partners of the Construction Company “Premium Construction Company”:

Party 01: Ubaid Ahmad S/O Muhammad Waqif Khan.

Party 02: Muhammad Waleed s/o Muhammad Ali.

Party 03: Marwan Khan S/O Muhammad Iftikhar

We duly testify and agree that this agreement is instead of agreement deed carried out on stamp paper
No.461241(Page 01), 461242(Page 02)& 461243(Page 03) b/w Muhammad Waleed s/o Muhammad Ali
& Marwan Khan S/O Muhammad Iftikhar which was carried out as formality for establishing the
construction firm Namely “Premium Constructions Company”.

All the Points mentioned in the above referred agreement deed apply on all the three parties as
mentioned above except some changes mentioned below:

1. The partnership deed is carried out between all the above parties on this day 29th may,2021.
2. The agreement deed carried out above reference stamp papers was only formality and will be
only applicable for establishing of the company otherwise this agreement deed will supersede
and override the above referenced agreement deed and will dictate the partnership matters
which will be binding for all three parties.
3. The Company namely “ Premium Construction Company” is owned by following three partners
equally in all respect whether that is investment or profit:
I. Ubaid Ahmad S/O Muhammad Waqif Khan
II. Muhammad Waleed s/o Muhammad Ali
III. Marwan Khan S/O Muhammad Iftikhar
4. That no decision, that is related to the company, will be taken individually by any partner except
when it is approved by all the three partners.
5. That shares of the said construction company is equally owned by the above three partners as
mentioned above in point no. 01. i.e., each partner will be owner of one-third (1/3rd ) Share of
the company.
6. That all the points in the above referred agreement deed will be binding on all the parties
except what is changed in above points in this agreement deed.
7. That all the points of this agreement deed will be binding on all the above mentioned parties.
