Safety
1. Ensure the availability of the PTW from concerned authorities

1. Surveyor to make the road crossing location as per the drawing
2. Cut the asphalt by asphalt cutter 3. Half of the road portion will be excavated up to 1.5 mtrs from existing ground level by manual only 4. Compaction of the formation level 5. Place the polythene sheet above the formation level 6. Fix shutterings for concreting the duct bank 7. Placement of UPVC pipes inside sutterings 8. Concrete the duct bank with SRC 370kg concrete 9. Next day remove the shutterings and curing 10. Bitumen paint application on the duct bank 11. Back filling 30 cm, compaction and laying of warning tapes 12. Back filling up to 40 cm. below the asphalt level 13. Next 30 cm. filled with road base and compaction 14. The final layer will be paved with asphalt 15. The same method will follow the second half of the road
