Iceberg That can sink Organization Culture

Culture is all about believes, rituals, habits, & behaviors which a society is adopting and performing. In other words, how you behave within your
surroundings that represents your culture. Same as how organization’s act/behave with in society/market that’s culture. There are alot of
controversies about organization culture that is doesn’t exist, but reality is quite opposite, culture not only exist also plays a vital role in
organization’s Image as we can say a life time identity of an organization. We can simply define organization culture as it acts like a glue to
integrate employees to perform & achieve specific goals.

Organization culture have alot of importance i.e. it attracts the right talent, transforms employees into advocates, it defines the internal and
external identity of the organization and impact performance & employees wellbeing. There are alot of types of culture as well which shows how
an organization can perform but any organization cannot adopt any single type of culture and cannot copy someone’s else style. As we said
above it’s a life time identity you cannot create such identity which is copy of someone else. Every organization is a unique entity and culture is
its important aspect which integer it to do more good things. Culture drives from the leadership and employees has to drive it by themselves.

Organization culture is like an iceberg its visibility is small but the backend reality is too big which includes multiple aspects and the handworks,
Iceberg of Organization culture includes the foundation, strategy and collaboration.Every organization who is culture centric they are focused on
these three elements, starting from foundation, it includes three major aspects which are the real foundation why organization exist and these
are Mission, vision, & Core Values. Mission is the purpose of existence, why and for what any organization exist in this world. Mission is a life
time journey it’s never ending process any organization can never Completely achieve their mission, as in the modern era day by day new terms
and researches are coming which helps organization to improve themselves on daily basis we can relate this with simple example like, if a person
set a mission to be an ethical professional, he cannot fully achieve this mission because there is no set of limits who can define now he is fully
professional, development and improvement chances are always their similarly Org Mission is like this. The next aspect is the Vision, a short
term journey to set the goals and targets to achieve in next five years which can help you to get closer to the Organization’s Mission. It acts like a
road map or a guideline for the organization which defines them if you achieve or act in this way you are closer to your Goal. Then comes the
last & third aspect of foundation is Core Values. Core Values are the defined set of behaviors which organization choose and these set of ethical
behaviors will serve as the pillars of the organizations. In simple’s words if we define the all three aspects then mission is base vision is the roof
and the core values are the pillars of the organizations.

Second Entity of Iceberg is the Strategy and the basic strategy of Organization culture is the behaviors uniform behaviors set the standards to
behave with the organization and out to create the positive image within society. Organization work hard to build the culture and the behaviors
and then during the recruitment procedure they find the best candidate which is right fit for their culture. Last but not least entity is the
collaboration between the employees and collaboration based on three important factors like trust mutual respect and teamwork. And to give
clear understanding of these important features to each individual some roles are most important who called Boss/Managers, these are the
ones who can help their employees to work on these bold terms like teamwork respect and trust through positive use of their authority,

As Concluding culture is the one and the only important factor which gives the long term journey of any organization if it’s not in right direction
then it can sink’s the whole organization like Iceberg.
