STUDY RESEARCH OBJECTIVES

I aim to pursue a master’s degree in Business Marketing with a special focus on digital
marketing as it is considered as the real future of marketing to improve access to best techniques
in developing countries. With this degree, I aim to work for the organizations that aim to develop
and improve the system and use latest technology to enhance the service sector which will
eventually help in the betterment of the economy of the Pakistan. 
A degree in Business Administration hasprovided me with a whole management-level
understanding of the corporate and social sector while my choice of elective courses remained
aligned with my interest in marketing, sales, organizational and social development. I took up the
courses such as ‘Marketing Research’, ‘Brand Management’, ‘Sales Management’,
‘Organizational Development’, ‘Training and Development’ and ‘Strategic Human Resource and
Development’. These courses helped me see Pakistan’s social development in context of human
development and organizational administration. I also discovered numerous avenues for
practically contributing to Pakistan’s social development sector and taught me that how a good
researched and well-founded policy can bring a change in the future of country. 
While pursuing this degree, I want to specifically take courses on “Consumer Insights for
Marketing Decision Making”, “Product and Brand Management”, “Digital Marketing” and
“Integrated Marketing in digital age”. These focus areas are directly connected to my long term
and short term goals as they will help me in enhancing my theoretical knowledge and help me in
customizing this knowledge for innovative marketing system of a developing country like
Pakistan. In addition to it, I want to continue my research in digital marketing, as in the new age,
and due to the recent pandemic in the whole world, the experts and businesses are offering their
best techniques and strategies to boost the online sales. This program will also allow me
supplement the theoretical knowledge that I gained from academic courses with practical
experience earned through internship(s). I will be able to acquire hands-on experience in the field
of business marketing by applying my knowledge to relevant worksites. Also, by entering in the
corporate sector of U.S, I can observe the way they are organized and services they offer being a
developed country and pick the best practices that can be applied to the government offices in
Pakistan.  
Moreover, during my final year project of course “Entrepreneurship”, I developed a
whole business plan of an innovative idea to be executed in Pakistan which gave me a practical
exposure that how a business is run by a company. Also, in Marketing Research’s project, I got
exposed to the ideas of researchers such as Chad perry. In my project, I attempted to write a
research proposal “Factors Affecting Consumer Buying Behavior” based on the qualitative
research method. Working on that project not only helped me understand the qualitative research
method but it also gave me some insight into primary research to investigate a thesis. I believe
these skills will prove to be very helpful in managing master’s coursework. 
Lastly, I want to learn and test the strength of my ideas while studying in United States
because masters program in US University have an international outlook, latest cutting edge
technology and an opportunity of sit in the diverse classrooms sharing ideas with people. This
will allow me to acquire a holistic understanding of the latest business developments in different

regions of the world. Given my passion for service sector reforms in Pakistan, my experience in
the field of marketing and my independent research work, I aim to be considered for prestigious
Fulbright program to pursue my master’s degree in Business-Marketing. I realize that it might
take a lifetime to achieve my goals but I believe that this program will bring me a step closer to
attaining them.
