Installation Guide Technical Support

Visit the Autodesk Account portal (https://accounts.autodesk.com) if you need technical support for
Autodesk Nastran.

To assist us in resolving an issue, please provide the following information to help us locate the problem
and solve it faster:

1. A detailed description of the problem (error messages, problem size, directive, command, and entry
types used).
2. Details of the computer system the problem occurred on. In particular, the amount of memory
(physical and virtual) available at the time of execution and the free disk space at program execution.
3. If applicable, include a copy of your Model Initialization (Nastran.INI), Model Input (filename.NAS),
Model Results Output (filename.OUT), and System Log (filename.LOG) files.
4. Any other information you think might be useful.
