At Attentive, we work with many technology partners that power our messaging platform. The role you are
applying for is a critical part of the partnership running smoothly.

Below is an email that you received from one of your partners.

Hi Applicant,

We just received some concerning news during an audit of your program. As we have discussed in the
past, each of your phone numbers can only be assigned to a maximum of 20 companies in order to be
compliant. When we reviewed your program, it is clear that you are not adhering to this rule and are in
violation of our terms and conditions.

If you do not resolve this issue within the next 10 days, we will be forced to shut off your messaging for
all numbers that continue to violate this rule. Please provide the following immediately:

A single shared doc (Google Sheets) that shows a list of companies assigned to each number as a
concatenated list.

A detailed outline of your plan to remediate this issue for current companies, as well as your plan to stay
compliant in the future.

We will expect a response by the end of the day today.

Additional Information:

• You can purchase as many phone numbers as you would like, but they cost $10,000/month

• It takes 90 days to get a new phone number

• All partners have the same rule - no more than 20 companies can run on a phone number

• Attentive wants to balance messaging volume equally between the 3 messaging partners.

• You run some queries in your database and get the data in the accompanying Excel sheet labeled “PPM
Assignment Data” (NOTE: there are multiple tabs)
