○ Analyzed the behaviour pattern of 11,000,00+ users across attainment of badges on three StackExchange
Websites; Superuser, MathOverflow and Judaism.
○ Implemented Lexical and Time Series Analysis on the vast data set and obtained key differences in
terminology of different class users as well as successfully showcased the contrast in their behavior.
○ Designed a Neural Network from scratch for the prediction of User Behaviour in Q&A Websites.
○ Performed under sampling to deal with the highly imbalanced data set and optimized the model, obtaining
AUC ROC Score of 0.882.

YouTube Likes Count Prediction | [Github] Autumn 2020

○ Implemented state-of-the-art boosting models LightGBM, CatBoost and XGBoost with Statified-KFold to
predict the likes obtained on YouTube videos with the help of a diverse data set.
○ Maximized the model performance by extensive Time Series and NLP Feature Engineering on the dataset and
created multiple new features which contributed significantly to reduce model error.
○ Optimized the model by hyper-parameter tuning to obtain RMSLE of 0.4.

IMDB Movie Sentiment Analysis | [Github] Summer 2020

○ Implemented a Multinomial Naïve Bayes Classifier to identify the sentiment of movie reviews on IMDB.
○ Performed Text Preprocessing on the data using BeautifulSoup and Regular Expressions.
○ Solved the problem of zero probability using Laplace Smoothing.
○ Optimized the classifier to obtain upto 86% Accuracy.
