2. Draw the shear force and bending moment diagrams for the beam ABC shown in Fig. 11. Note that
a pin is place at point B.

3. The beam is hinged at A and roller-supported at B and D. An internal hinge is provided at C. Calculate the
support reactions and obtains the SFD and BMD for the beam (Fig. 12).
