4 Sean McDade, National Security Advisor for RCMP entered US in 2000 to investigate
evidence that Canada was using PROMIS software with a secret back door that allowed
outsiders to spy on Canadian investigations.
This software had been pirated and modified from software developed and owned by Bill
and Nancy Hamilton of Inslaw.
5 A meeting was held in December, 1999 at Los Alamos attended by the heads of
intelligences division of US (CIA), Britain (MI6), Israel (Mossad) and CSIS Canadian
Security Intelligence Service) about Y2K problems with the software.
Israel had modified the software to get access to Los Alamos secrets. This was four
months before AP reported Los Alamos’ computer disks containing nuclear secrets were
missing.
6 To this day even in private employment, investigators are afraid of losing their jobs if
they come forward with the evidence of money laundering, drug activity and DOJ cover-
up.
Casolaro talked for hours with Robert Booth Nichols, an international intelligence
operative, just before his death, about the Connection of the Cali drug cartel with Mike
Abbell, former director of International Affairs for Justice Department. Abbell later was
prosecuted, and did time.
At the time of Casolaro’s death, (1982) Nichols was a contractor with NSC, and on the
BOD of First Intercontinental Development Corp, using by NSC to arrange release of a
prisoner, for an exchange of $3 billion, handled through Nichols’ condo in Marina Del
Rey.
Others on BOD for FIDCO include Robert Maheu, CEO of Howard Hughes’
corporation, and Clint Murchison Jr., a Dallas oil man, both worked for NSC. Murchison
helped fund MacArthur’s presidential campaign. Senator McCarthy, Richard Nixon and
J. Edgar Hoover.
8 Nichols was also associated with drugs out of the Golden Triangle. FBI agent Thomas
Gates in LA talked with Casolaro three days before his death. Casolaro said he had been
warned by Nichols to stop his investigation. At that time, the FBI was investigating
MCA.
Nichols was communicating with Eugene Giaquinto, president of MCA home
entertainment division, also on the BOD of Meridian International Logistics, a drug
running front.
NSC is a profit-making entity, autonomous with no oversight and protected by national
security.
Drugs are the international currency, referred to as “gold” and it is managed at the
highest levels of corporations.
9 Also looking at connection between La Costra Nostra and movie-making, especially the
Gambino and Bufalino families. MCA was heavily penetrated by organized crime,
MCA BOD included Howard Baker, former US Senator, Lew Wasserman, Eugene
Giaquinto who had connections in the Justice Dept. Wiretaps were sealed by DOJ, and
LA Organized Crime unite was dissolved. MCA was sold to Japan.
10 Nichols believed Casolaro was murdered and wrote a manuscript called “Danny
Casolaro’s Octopus” in 1991. He wrote that a military man place a medal on Casolaro’s
 grave. This is done only by NSA.
Nichols worked for CIA for 20 years, moving money and connected all over the world.
PROMIS software was designed to help move money invisibly around the world. The
Clearing House Interbank Payment System (CHIPS). Michael Riconosciutto claimed in
an affidavit that he installed a back door in PROMIS, Modification 12, sold to Israel and
Canada. Signed in 1991
11 Riconosciuto and Nichols did a joint venture in 19881-1983 with Wackenhut and the
Cabazon Indian Tribe in Indio, Calif. They were partners in Meridian Arms, helping
develop esoteric weapons on the reservation. Riconosciuto was arrested for running a
meth lab in Tacoma, and tried to trade his knowledge of MIL for a free pass on the drug
charges. Riconosciuto talked to Bill Hamilton and Danny Casolaro to research Mike
Abbell’s connections to the Cali cartel. Riconosciuto was trying to get into the witness
protection program, but didn’t.
Casolaro had been trying to find someone to report this to, including FinCen (Financial
Crimes Enforcement Network) to no avail. Mike Abbell was prestigious DC lawyer, also
in Miami.
Casolaro was reporting that Bob Nichols (CIA) was working with Mike Abbell
All investigations were shut down
19 Cheri Seymour got involved when she was given info about the deceit of a Maricopa
County Deputy investigating drug trafficking in the Sherriff’s Dept. MCA was parent
company of curry Company, largest concession in Yosemite. Ed Hardy, President of
Curry, was closely associated with Mariposa elected Officials.
34 Vivian Wayne wrote a long pleading letter to President Regan describing attempts to
clean up Mariposa County and asking for help for her lawyer husband, Ben. Ben
received a phone call from “Chuck” at the White House asking for an interview. The
next day, Vivian and Ben Wagner disappeared, as did Capitol News Service reporter
Jerry Goldberg.
35 Ben Wagner received a 700 page report compiled by Ted Gunderson of the LA FBI.
46 In 1965, Wackenhut had dossiers on 2.5 million Americans suspected of being dissidents
– left-leaning subversives. In 1966 it had 4 million names – largest privately-held file.
Wackenhut provides cover for CIA, and allowed CIA to operate its company.
Wackenhut directors include military and intelligence executes and government agency
heads (Admiral Inman, Frank Carlucci, Kelly, etc)
49 Danny Casolaro’s body was found Sat, Aug 10, 1991. He spoke with his housekeeper
Olga on Aug 6. By Aug 9, he was misses by his friend. Aug 10, Olga got a threatening
phone call. Aug 5, he had a meeting at home with a “dark” man – Indian? Danny
Casolaro met Bill Turner, confidant, on Aug 8, and got some papers from him. Turner
had info connecting Oliver North to BCCI
52 Casolaro showed his friend Ben Mason a 22 point outline for his book. He had
photocopies of checks on BCCI acts for $1 million and $4 million for Adnan Khashoggi
and Ghorbanifor.
Richard Brenneke gave paper to Bob Bicknell, who passed them to Casolaro.
William Reynolds wrote later about selling PROMIS software to Saudis with a backdoor.
Ghorbanifor, Khashoggi, and Richard Armitage brokered the deal.
53 Khashoggi was richest man in the world in the 1980s. His sister was Dodi Fayed’s
mother. He was in business with Bebe Rebozo. His financed the contra arms through
 BCCI and was arrested and acquitted of racketeering and fraud.
56 Michael Hand, of Nugan – Hand Bank, had PO box in Bellevue, Wa.
57 Riconosciuto claimed he and Earl Brien travelled to Iran in 1980 and handed Iranian
official $40 million to hold American hostage until Reagan’s inauguration.
58 Michael Riconosciuto signed off on an affidavit March 21, 1001 that Wackenhut –
Cabazon venture is important priority to the wars for Contras in Nicaragua.
64 “The Company” was about 300 ex-military and ex-police with $30 million of assets
including planes, ships and real estate. Imported billions of dollars of narcotics from
Latin America, and involved with gun running. Stole military gear from China Lake.
29 were indicted in 1981 in Fresno, including Andrew Thornton, former narcotics
officers. He died in a parchute jump in 1985. The Company had an office in Lexington,
KY and 2 FBI agents from the Lexington office were supposed to meet with Casalaro on
the day he died..
74 The Company was originally out of Lexington KY an Mena, AK. The Company was
over 300 ex-military and ex-law enforcement and ex-intelligence. The was a major drug
and smuggling operation. . Attempts by the ATF in LA or Brian Leighton, assistant US
Attorney to go after them failed. All sources including a Federal judge in Texas, ended
up dead.
Michael Riconosciuto was involved in FIDCO. First Intercontinental Development
Corp. President of FIDCO is George Pender, Bob Maheu is VP.
FIDCO is NSC cut out to reconstruct Beirut and Damascus Lebanon, working out of
Nicosia.. There he was asked to assess PROMIS software. The only way to get involved
in Lebanon was to be involved in the drug trade.
80 ROMIS and FOIMS are the same thing. Robert Both Nichols ins Harold Okimotos’ god-
son.
81 Michael Riconosciuto wanted to hand the Company and Bob Nichols to FinCen in
exchange for witness protection, but FinCen did not respond.
84 Noriega was ousted because he backed the Medellin cartel, targeted by Bush Sr. The
Cali Cartel was connected to people Bush removed from DEA lists including Gilberto
Rodriguez and Jose Londono. They were associates of US Justice Dept attorneys. He
also financed the election of Colombia’s President.
88 A legendary Bondish Brit known as “Double Deuce”(Sire Denis Kendall). Nichols was
the key to Danny’s octopus.
91 Robert Maheu, Howard Hughes’ manager, worked with Sam Giancana, Johnny Rosselli,

99 In Lebanon the Right wing Christian Phalanges brought the heroin trade. Invaded
Lebanon and installed the Gamayel family in power. The Gamayel family controlled
Lebanon end of the French Connection through Marseilles. Bashi Gamayel was CIA
107 Michael Riconosciuto has been trying to trade info on the Octopus to get into the FBI’s
Protected Witness Program – unsuccessfully. He’s been talking about FINCO/Euromae
drug/intelligence operation in Lebanon to the Feds. Some of the info was later validated
by an article in High Times by Bill Weinberg, exposing CIA penetration into the Bekaa
Valley drug trade in Lebanon.
The Bekaa Valley is key to the transit route through Beirut. Drugs go out,
weaponry comes in. Hashish and marijuana were changed to heroin and heroin factories,
as the war increased in the late 70s. Syrian troops guarded the route, and the drug czars
 reportedly paid $2 billion to Syria for protection.
108 Bekaa also reprocessed South American cocaine for export to Europe. Syria’s president,
Havez Asad competed with Sadam Hussein for control of the Ba’ath Party. Bush I
invited Syria to join the Arab coalition against Saddam after Iraq’s Kuwait invasion and
Syria joined. Later, Syria and Israel signed an accord recognizing each other’s Lebanon
occupation zones, nad Syria maintained conrol over drug ports north fo Beirut.
Oliver North and George Bush I were personally involved with hostage
negotiations.
Syria was behind the Lockerbie bombing. The PFLP-GC (Popular Front for
Liberation of Palestine – General Command) was able to get a bomb aboard because the
flight was part of a heroin smuggling operation in Syria protected by the CIA and DEA.
It was run by Syrian Monzer Al Kazzan (world’s biggest drug dealer) who was working
to free US hostages in Lebanon.
109 Pan Am argued in court that it had been the pawn of an international intelligence
operation, but it lost, and was forced into bankruptcy. Ronald Caffrey DEA,
acknowledged that the DEA used the flight as a “controlled delivery”.
Al-Kassan, Syrian arms dealer, was paid $1.2 million by Secord to move arms to
the Contras.
110 Al-Kassan also worked with Masonic Lodge P-2 to divert NATO arms for Italy to his
use. He owned large tracts of land in the Bekaa Valley.
An intelligence operation called MC-10 run by the DIA was blown. Lester
Coleman was one of the five men in the group, 2 others were on the Lockerbie flight.
Another was killed in a bomb, the last was shot in his home. Coleman was to meet with
Casolaro seven days before Casolaro died.
111 Coleman says the Euromae Trading Company was selling PROMIS software to the drug
control agencies of Mid-east countries, with a back door. Purchased with UN drug
control money
115- Michael Riconosciuto’s wife Bobby retrieved his papers from a secret hideout, and gave
119 one set to the author of this book and another set to Ian Stuart Spiro, who’s family was
shot Nov 1, 1992 and who died of cyanide poisoning a week later. Spiro had been
involved with the Mid-East hostage negotiations. San Diego sheriffs covered it up
120 In the same week the Spiro family was killed, Robert Carson, died of a heart attack in an
El Paso motel. Corson had been a business associate of Spiro, indicted in the savings and
loan scam, carried money to South America for arms, and associated with Wayne

120 Alan Michael May, 50, died in his home June 19, 1991. His autopsy was delayed, giving
plenty of time for certain poisons to evaporate. He was connected to the Nixon family,
and the October Surprise, and also involved in meetings at Lawrence Livermore Labs,
and the Cabazon Indian tribe.
121- Alan Michael May was part of a group involved with Lawrence Livermore Labs and Dr.
122 John Phillip Nichole on Cabazon Indian Tribe. He was also connected with Al Holbert,
who was also Mossad and KGB, and CIA.
123 Paul Morasca as also involved and he died. Al Holbert, Ted Gunderson, Ben Kalka were
involved in guns, drugs in So Cal. in 1967-1981. That’s when Dr. John Philip Nichols
noticed Michael Riconosciuto .

128 Paul Marasca was murdered by money launders for No Calif drug ring. Michael
Riconosciuto found his body – then drove 500 miles to Cabazon reservation to tell John
Nichols who called his attorney , who called the cops.
Mary Quick, 63, was murdered because her nephew was thought to have given her the
card with the secret bank account code umber. These cards were from Tyme shares, an
on-line financial clearing house.
Brian Weiss was involved with dealings in the desert: meth production, LSD, sale of
military equipment to South America, sale of Wackenhut yacht and other high-tech
deals.
134 MCA was involved in organized crime – investigated by Richard Stavin, who was
murdered after talking to Danny Casalaro.
135 Danny Casolaro had a sizeable list of former CIA officers and arms dealers, most
– noteworthy is Robert Booth Nichols.
142 Nichols headed Meridian International Logistics (MIL) and Meridian Arms Corp, of
which Riconosciuto was VP.
Nichols and Michael Riconosciuto were partners developing new weapons.
Nichols talked to Danny Casolaro frequently just before Danny Casolaro’s death.
Nichols had involvement with Gambino family and Japanese Yakuza.
Nichols was also involved with MCA.
155 Dr. Earl Brian was director of Calif Dept of Health Care Services under Reagan. He not
only sold weapons, but was involved with biotech lasers, cancer detection kits, blood-
testing products, genetic engineering, computer programs, telecommunications and
investment databases.
He owned Hadron, which wanted to buy INSLAW. Dominick Laiti, chairman of Hadron
threatened INSLAW. Then the DOJ quite paying INSLAW, driving it into bankruptcy.
Brian, in the 80’s traveled the world selling software. The implication is that it was the
PROMIS software, or its derivative.
Brian was involved in October-Surprise. Brian and Robert C. “Bud” McFarlane went to
Tehran in Feb, 1980. McFarlane was aide t Sen. John Tower (R – TX) They contacted
Iranians Brian had done business with Iran before the fall of the Shah, including ex-
Prime Minister Mehdi Bazargan.
Brian was ostensibly there to write a health care proposal for Iran.
Brian was also involved with Bio-Rad Labs, which did business with Info Gene.
InFerGene was charged with abandoning toxic wastes, including petri dishes and vials of
Chlamydia, herpes, HSV-2 and unknown bacteria.
The environmental health inspector found 36 55-gallon drums of radioactive Butanol
containing, “Beef mucosa”
158 June 3, 1993 memo of mystery illness in New Mexico and Arizona. Nationwide
newspapers said it was caused by rat droppings, but no mention of that was in any of the
lab reports.which said, “NO IDENTIFIABLE CAUSE” in block lettering. Not plague,
anthrax or any other known cause. 19 died, 12 were Native American.
Gulf War syndrome – 8000 GIs registered, was attributed to multiple chemical
sensitivity syndrome, perhaps caused by bombing chemical plants in Iraq.
In 1994, in Riverside County, emergency room doctor overcome with symptoms like
GWS after examining a patient who later died. Six hospital workers sent to emergency
 treatment after being exposed to blood fumes, fifteen had reaction to the blood fumes.
The patient had been receiving experimental cancer treatments in Mexico.
161 Robert Nichols and Peter Zokorsky attempted to sell biowarfare technology developed in
cow uteri through Wackenhut.
167 Robert Booth Nichols tried to write about his stories as fiction under the name R. N.
– 68 LeDevoiller. One was a story of army officers developing biowar agents against gays
and IV drug users. The origin of AIDS was a Bay Area lab destroyed by fire, one was in
Palo Alto. The hero got the cure from “The Chosen One” and escaped with his family to
Singapore.
Names in the story include “Yutaka Okimoto” and Lawrence Zokosky”, names which
match MIL (Meridian International Logistics”)
Nichols also wrote a 90-page story called Decision of Conscience about a State-of-the-art
electromagnetic technology demolishing a two-story concrete building. Nichols tried to
sell the story to Jack Valenti, who refused because it had classified information in it.
173 Robert Booth Nichols averred that without drug money, the European economy would
collapse.
176 MIL (Zokorsky and R. B. Nichols) incubated virus in cow uteri and udders in bio-labs 20
floors beneath the ground.
179 Zapruder film – uncut version has driver shooting Kennedy. Robert Bruce Nichols had
access to the original, uncut film because his FIDCO partner, Clint Murchison Jr had
instant access to it in Dallas.
Nichols and his sister were hypnotherapists. RB Nichols was head of a 200-man
assassination team in Viet Nam, and part of MK Ultra.

Helms were in charge of MK-ULTRA. The CIA funded lots of LSD research at

MK-DELTA was the operational side of MK-ULTRA, to control people’s actions
covertly.
225 MK-NAOMI. Ft. Detrick, provided toxic material for CIA use. Special Operations
Division (SOB) worked with Detrick. They could make someone sick, or kill them.
226 George White was former newspaper journalist, then narcotics agent. He ran the safe
house on Telegraph Ave in San Francisco that tested LSD. He was able to smooth things
because he could work with local cops.
There was another CIA house in Marin County that was used to experiment with delivery
systems.
227 John Lilly resigned from NIH because of CIA involvement. CIA funded Society for
Investigation of Human Ecology AKA Human Ecology Fund (HEC), which funded
publications like Research in Mental Health Newsletter and granted $26K to London
psychologist H. J. Eysenck.
 Among other things, they liked to study how con men lie t people. HEC funded
experiments overseas that could not be done in the US. Their brainwashing techniques
worked on some people, but not all people.
229 Sidney Gottlieb was second in command under Seymour Russell, head of TSS after Bay
of Pigs. He was in control of MK ULTRA, and worked on getting CIA’s own source of
biologicals, by-passing Ft. Detrick.
Dr. James Hamilton experimented on 400-1000 inmates at Vacaville between 1967 and
1968.

detailed use of psychotronic mind control.
He mentioned the Army’s reluctance to use psyops. It is important that the Mind War
operative believe that what he says is true if he is to be persuasive.

254 Elliot Richardson was Hamilton’s lawyer until he died, 1999. Richardson asked retired
four-star Admiral Daniel Murphy to review the case. Murphy had been Sec of Defense
and DDI for CIA. Murphy found the Hamilton’s case plausible, and warned that they
cud be stonewalled. After Richardson died, he recommended they get a good lawyer. He
hinted the software had been used by NSA to monitor bank money/laundering. Murphy
died a few days later.
255 Hamilton said he suspected PROMIS was used to launder drug money profits for
Gambino family, Contras, and that Michael Riconosciuto was used by
Wackenhut/Cabazon group to do the software

257 Gunther Karl Russbacher flew Bush Sr to Paris to make arrangements for October
Surprise. Russbacher is in jail. His lawyer was Paul Wilcher. Wilcher wrote a letter to
Reno about the Regan-era corruption. Wilcher was dead a few days later. No cause of
death – FBI, CIA people were at the scene of the death. Sarah McLendon and Garby
Leon write about his and Danny Casolaro’s deaths. Garby Leon continued the
investigation.
269 Both Mike Abbell, described as a computer nerd and Ed Meese were working in Reagan
White house in the time Michael Riconosciuto was modifying PROMIS. Meese
described PROMIS as one of the greatest law enforcement tools in the future. It was a
case management system.

Hubell was at DOJ and kept Inslaw under control. Jackson Stevens owns 48% of
Systematics, largest vendor of banking software. Stevens was connection between
Clinton and Reagan. Sold PROMIS mostly to Swiss banks.
286 At the Dec 1999 meeting at Los Alamos, CIA, Mossad, M16, Canadian Security, Y2K
glitch caused Michael Riconosciuto to lose two month’s of data. Israelis modified
PROMIS with a back door that gave them access to all US nuclear secrets. Mossad sold
AWAC secrets to Japanese. The Canadian investigator, Sean Mc Dade, claimed the
entire Republican Party would be destroyed if this got out.

Gamayel, president of Lebanon in 1983. BOD: included Michael McManus, Assistant to
President at White House, Robert Maheu, former CEO of Howard Hughes Net Corp,

298 In 1996, Earl Brian was convicted on ten counts of falsifying company finances in 1989
to obtain $56 million in bank loan. He was chairman of UPI and Financial New Network
299 Ben Kalka was arrested in So Cal with 900-1000 methamphetamine and $1 million in
cash. Kalka obtained his chemicals precursors from Riconosciuto , who was originally a
 co-defendant. Riconosciuto said the precursors were sold by the Feds. The sales were
cleaned by FBI agent Robert Barnes, Money is laundered through Liechtenstein which is
used by some 20-30 K foreign corporations.
300 Kalka was released from jail after recognizing a letter saying he did not get his chemicals
from the Fed. The letter was written by US attorney William Shackley in SF
301 John Di Giorgio was undercover working against Ben Kalka for Ca Dept of Justice. The
meth precursors sold to Kalka were part of reverse sting, headed by Robert Barnes.
Kalka had a brother in Israel. Between ’67 and ’70, Kalka was day work for Israelis
