o The scope of work includes implementation of SAP Business One at one legal entity of Swyft Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd.

o SAP Business One modules to be implemented:

o The customizations quota include 3 WRICEFs (Workflow, Reports, Integrations, Customizations, Enhancements & Forms)

Proposed Payment Milestones for Implementation Fee:

• Mobilization Advance : 25%

• BBP Document : 25%
• UAT : 25%
• Go Live : 25%

Note:
• License fee and Annual Maintenance has to be paid 100% in advance.
• The Annual Maintenance shall be prorated on the number of remaining months in the 1st year of purchase.
• All prices are exclusive of sales tax and shall be charged as per law separately.
• The quotation is valid till 23rd August, 2021.
Assumptions & Constraints
Assumption & Constraints
• Swyft Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. should designate a staff member to function as the Single point of Contact (SPoC)/ Project Manager (PM) to work with
ExD’s team. In order to maintain project schedules and will be authorized to sign Business Blueprint, Swyft Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. must ensure that
timely responses are obtained (within two business days) from project participants.
• Swyft Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. will provide access to servers, printers, office space including internet etc. for the execution of the project.
• Remote Access to all the required servers will have to be provided by Swyft Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. such as VPN/ RDS/ Cisco or if other required tools
(i.e., IP Telephone, email address) for support shall be fulfilled by Swyft Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd.
• The quotation is subject to the scope of work highlighted, any change in scope will result in revised quotation.
• Implementation team will be deployed at a single location i.e. Swyft Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. head office. Any travel beyond this shall be the
responsibility of Swyft Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd.
• Trainings will be provided at a single location of Swyft Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd., Lahore.
• The scope of work includes implementation of SAP Business One at Swyft Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. only.
• Client will timely provide data and information required for the implementation, as per the project timeline.
• All reports and interfaces will be in English.
• One key user, end user training will be provided.
• Customized end user manuals and video tutorials as per Swyft Logistics (Pvt.) Ltd. configuration and will be provided.
• As part of the project, ExD will deliver 10 WRICEF. Any customizations above this quota shall be charged at the per man day rate.
• Any delays attributable to the client shall be charged separately at the per man day rate of PKR 20,000/- per man day. It will be ExD’s endeavor to
complete the engagement within the timeframe as set out. In case, there be a revision in the scope of work or any undue delays in getting support,
co-operation and relevant information, ExD may revise the fee estimate with mutual understanding.
• The quotation is valid till 23rd August, 2021.
