Dear Lokus,

I am writing this letter to complain about your non-compliance with respect

to payment of utility bills in the estate. This has negatively disturbed my comfort
in this environment and I would not like to hold the grudge for longer.

Let me explain my situation in more detail. Since you moved into this estate seven
months ago, you have completely refused to contribute to any payments made
for the upkeep of our environment. Furthermore, I’ve been informed severally by
the housekeeper how you never contribute to the electricity bill for the estate. As
a result of this, the electricity company has disconnected our light several times
thereby putting the other residents in darkness.

Could you please be a little more sensitive to us? I would deeply appreciate it if
you pick up the outstanding bill and clear it as the unpaid obligation has put the
other residents in a disadvantaged position. Thank you in anticipation of your kind
cooperation.
