‘The past year 2020 has been an emotional roller coaster ride for all of us. The pandemie situation bas indeed put all our lives on hold. Millions of ives lost, jobs gone, posing too many uncertainties to mankind. But, nevertheless we have learnt a valuable lesson ~ We are not in control of everything and change is inevitable. We need to tide along the wave. Definitely, as the new academic ‘year is about to begin, things are looking up, For me personaly, it hus been a tough year without having een able wo meet our beloved students physically. Nothing in this world could ever replace the pure innocence of our children and Iam truly blessd to be ina profession where I could interact with young minds day after day; year after year. I hope and pray that with the support of our entre team, I would make a difference in the lives of our SAN Stars, ‘Sometimes, it makes me feel between the hustle bustle of our daily lives the lock down has definitely helped us unwind, think and re-evaluate ourselves and our priorities. My heart is only filled with gratitude for our beloved SAN FAMILY ~ Principal, Office staff, Teachers, Support staff, Parents and Students forthe love, support now and always. WE ARE STRONGER TOGETHER ‘The past year has been a challenge to the entire teaching fraternity. A teacher who has not even touched a key board was pushed to ‘make videos, ppts, quiz, google form and what not, From meeting the expectation of management, students and theit own families, four teachers are the true corona warriors who have been juggling between online classes and their own daily chores and commitment, Phew.... Hats off our teachers!!! | take this opportunity to thank all the parents who has supported us on time in all means. This has really helped us support and protect the salaries of all members of SAN FAMILY (including part timers and support staff) without any attrition. Eternally ‘grateful to all good souls wo has supported us inthis crisis situation. ‘We also thank you forthe tremendous appreciation received for the online sessions. Our team has worked 24/7 to deliver the best ‘we could with the changing needs of the digital world. Your encouragement isthe only tonic that has propelled a Nursery Primary school with humble beginning of 7 students to student community of 5000+ students, Word of mouth is indeed the best publicity. [ would like to appreciate the Principals of our SAN FAMILY who has exhibited their dynamic leadership skills and are steering ‘our ship ina right direction, We have added a few more feathers to our cap in the past academic year. 1 am proud to share with you that The Government of Tamil Nadu has nominated me as a Goodwill ambassador for No plastic campaign and also a pert of international organising committe to take this project world-wide. ‘San Academy, Pallikaranai is chosen again as a best schoo! in Chennai ~ South by the Times of India, San Academy, Kamakoti Nagar is nominated as a best emerging school in Chennai ~ South by the Times of India, Our maiden branch San Academy, Velachery is upgraded to middle schoo! and will subsequently house tll students of elass 12.
