Dear Parents,
As you are aware, all schools have been requested to close until 9th October 2020. I wish to inform you that you
should not have any concerns regarding your child’s education as we have been prepared for any contingencies
as informed by me previously.

Please take note of the following:

Academics:

We are pleased that we have successfully concluded the end of semester examinations for the Secondary section.
Of the two days allocated for distribution and discussion of answer scripts, we have been able to complete only
one day. The remaining day and the day for the parents’ meeting will be postponed until further notice.
Therefore, the October holiday for secondary students will commence from Monday, 5th October.

Primary School will go into online teaching from Tuesday 6th October. As informed before, the timings will be as
follows:

Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6): 7.30 am to 9.45 am (Periods 1 to 4)

10.15 am to 12.30 pm (Periods 5 to 8)

Key Stage 1 & Foundation: ClassDojo – Anytime

MS Teams sessions – 5.30 pm to 6.30 pm

This will be a new experience for the newly joined Play Group students. Therefore, I kindly request the parents of
these children to co-ordinate with our teachers who will be very willing to assist you in every step of the way.

Sports and Co-curricular activities:

Until we are able to fully assess the situation, we will suspend all sports and co-curricular activities till Friday, 9th
October.

Edexcel Examinations

We are awaiting instructions regarding the Edexcel examinations planned for the month of October. Please
consider that they will be held unless we are informed otherwise.

Our offices will be open throughout, therefore, please do not fail to visit/communicate for any issues you may
have.
