Retention time for records

In general all records mentioned in par. 10.1 in the ISPS Code should be filed for 3 years.

5.3 Retention time for checklists , delivery notes and bunker samples.

In general all checklists and bunker sample shall be kept onboard for minimum 12 months.
Checklists listed below shall be filed for another retention time.
