During barangay fiesta, Ms. Santos was designated as the fiesta directorate chairman. Because
of her talent, she accepted the task willingly even without any honorarium. She facilitated culture-
based activities that made their barangay fiesta a significant one. Is it alright for Ms. Santos not
to receive any compensation for her services rendered since this will be a precedent for the
succeeding activity coordinator? Explain your answer.
