for the activities found on pages 1 & 2, and 4 of your module.
Activity 1: PRE-TEST (Refer to pages 1 & 2 of your module for the complete instructions and do or follow them)

2. Find an open space for this activity and do a 1 minute warm-up exercise to prepare for this activity.
3. Perform one folk dance you know or you may watch and follow from a sample video.
4. After analyzing your results, it is now the best time to relax and re-hydrate.
After performing, immediately count your pulse rate through your carotid or radial pulse for 1 minute. Then check if the
results, is the same with your calculated heart rate. ___________________________________________
Calculate how many percent is the result of your activity from your Target Heart Rate (THR) and tell whether it’s
moderate intensity or vigorous intensity. (Please refer to pages 1 & 2 for the formula and the instructions on how to get
the percentage.)
