Introduction:

Educational tour gives us ideas likewise opportunities to visit prestigious places that may help us
visualize what we are learning at school. This activity help us develop are personality since social graces
and we can learned too by experience move over, important also every student to acquire more
knowledge trough actual exposure to the different places.

July 9, 2019 the assembly time was 11:00 pm in the evening and arrived at exactly 12:00pm and
at exactly 9:00pm we are Sta. Rosa Motor works. Before we entered in the company they oriented us
about the rules and regulations of the company like no taking of pictures inside the working area and
always follow the yellow line. In first part is chassis assembly, they assembled the chassis of the bus, in
this section they produce 3-4 units a day. After that they now assembling the front and rare components
of the bus. In roof skinning, they assemble the roof and including the package cover and side wall. After
that they going to the press shop and fabrication. In this area they are cutting, grinding and painting the
components; in main body assembly, they combine all the components, In this section they produce 10
units per week. After they assembled, the body are going to painting section and they color the bus.
After that, they going to trimming section, In this section they put the window, electrical parts like
Headlights, Sound system, Flooring of the bus and also the air condition of the bus that they are going to
test the performance of the bus.
