1. Give at least 5 reasons why SCM has drawn lot of attention, especially post-
covid. Qualify your response as much as possible. Clearly mention the sector or
product you are referring to.

2. Describe a supply chain of any product/service. Show clearly various stages of the
SC. You may tabulate various entities of the SC (Like suppliers, manufacturer,
etc.) and their individual objectives. Clearly mention the product you are referring
to.

3. What are the typical issues in managing the above supply chain?

4. (a) List at least 5 performance measure by which the above supply chain can be
evaluated.
(b) With reference to above SC, tabulate various information flows that may exist
in the SC. Be as specific as possible.

5. With respect to the SC in Q2, describe the role of any of the drivers
(Facilities/Inventory/Transportation etc.) in managing the SC. Be as quantitative as
possible.
