A double life

Jack works at the post office. Every morning, he gets up at 5 a.m., he has a shower and he
drives to work. At 7 a.m., he starts taking letters to people’s houses. Then, at 3 p.m., Jack
goes home and has lunch. After his meal, he always sleeps for an hour. When Jack wakes
up, he starts working again.

Jack is also a singer. In the evenings, he sings in restaurants but he can’t go to bed late
because he always gets up early. ‘It’s a long day,’ says Jack, ‘but I don’t mind. One day I’m
going to be famous. Then I can sing all day!’
