The Philippines in a battle for control of their land

By appealing to United Nations the territory they scope, as long as the near boarders
occupied the territory and integrity of the Philippine property, Philippines has a foreign
policy and it was stated in “Constitution of 1987". Which highly indicated also that the
Philippines appeal to claim the Northern Borneo Islands of Sabah Island is part of the
Philippines archipelago although the United States and Great Britain deliminate the
boundary of Philippines and the former president of America end the appealing of the
Philippines in the said islands. Furthermore, the scope of the Philippines’ territory is
defined by different treaty, one of these is the 1930 Convention Between the United
States of America and Great Britain Delimiting the Boundary Between the Philippine
Archipelago and the State of North Borneo (1930 Convention between the U.S. and
UK). In the provisions of this treaty, the western limit of Philippine territory was
specifically specified as 118 degrees’ east longitude, the South China Sea, China's
islands and reefs are all west of the line. The Philippines, as a member of the family of
nations, recognizes and is bound by principles of both conventional and customary
international law in all matters having an international character.
