a. Direction. Read the article. Do not forget to write your marginal notes.
b. After reading the whole selection, go back to your specific group task
(SUB-TOPIC given to each group)
c. Use the Summary Graphic Organizer to identify the main ideas and the
supporting ideas of the specific given sub-topic. Then at the bottom,
summarize it using what you have identified in the graphic organizer.
d. At the bottom, supply the missing ideas to complete the thought of the
phrases. Use your general perspective of the whole article.

--the purpose of this activity is to check if you all have the same
understanding of the ideas of your sub-topic. Also, talk about your ideas
about the incomplete phrases.
2. Create another summary graphic organizer as a group. Use the ideas you
discuss during your sharing. Choose the group’s best answer to the
incomplete phrases and write them in your group organizer.
3. ONLY ONE among the members is going to pass the output in the
canvas. Do not forget to write the name of the members who participated.
4. Take note: Communicate with your IS member/s. Be considerate to
them in giving task if they have some limitations. What’s important is that
they will be able to help /give input to the group.

Formative Directions:
Assessment 2 1. Reflect what your group have discussed and prepare to create a
Oral presentation. You will share this to the class.
Presentation 2. You can use PowerPoint or any other multi-media to deliver your
(100 points) presentation.

Take note:
1. You are given 5-7 minutes to present. Max is 10 minutes. Discuss only
the big ideas of your sub-topic.
2. No reading on the Powerpoint presentation. Make bullets to show your
ideas and expound it in your own understanding.
3. All the members are required to be present during the presentation. This
is to give support to your groupmate/s who will present. We/I will throw
questions and clarifications to the other members of the group.
