Payslip Modeling Setup Steps
• Profile Options
Profile Name Description

HR: Enable Payroll Simulation Set the profile to Yes.
HR: Enable Multiple Assignments for Payroll Yes : Select any active assignments .
Simulation No : Only primary assignment.
• Define Element Exclusion

 By default, all existing element entries will be processed in the model payslip
 Define an element exclusion set to control elements in the model payslip .

Setup Steps
Navigate: Payroll > Description > Query a payroll definition > Click Further Information > Set Modeling Availability Rule to either Available or Unavailable > Set Days After Period Start and Days
After Period End as appropriate.

Payroll Dashboard Setup Steps
Payroll Dashboard can be accessed using the new ‘Payroll Dashboard’ menu that is
available with the seeded Payroll Professional responsibility.
There are three menu options (self-service functions):
1. Payroll Dashboard
2. Readiness Configuration
3. Create Custom Validation

Access Payroll Dashboard Function using
Payroll Professional User Responsibility

The Payroll Dashboard consists of two tabs: Payroll Readiness and Process Monitor.
On the Payroll Readiness page, for the current business group, you can check assignment
activity as well as check payroll and assignment readiness details.

Payment Distribution Analysis
We can view Payment Distribution information, including Prepayment, Payment Method and
Third Party Payment Method details for the selected payroll and period

Payroll Analysis
Payroll professionals can analyze payrolls by comparing earning and/or deduction as well
as net amounts between current and previous pay periods to check for variances.
Note : This is currently only available in the US Payroll Localization.
