The general type of our business is a Manufacturing business. This business will
use components, parts of raw materials to assemble finished goods. Our business is a
manufacturing business because we are using raw materials components to make a
finished good and can be sold directly to consumers or other manufacturing businesses.
Startup business is the status of this business, it was founded by one of the owners to
develop a unique product or service and bring it to market. It is a Sole Proprietorship
form because this business is owned by one person. Sole Proprietorship is the simplest
business form under which one can operate a business, it is not a legal entity or simply
refers to a person who owns the business and is personally responsible for its debts.
The sole proprietorship is a popular business form due to its simplicity, ease of set-up,
and nominal cost. It only needs to register his or her name and secure local licenses,
and the sole proprietorship is ready for business. A distinct disadvantage, however, is

many competitors. The owners are selling this product because they want to experience
