Technical Notes :
- End connection of the station will be Flanged RF
- Minimum Instrument air pressure considered as 4 BarG. Kindly make a note of same.
- No Panel has been offered for controllers, please make a note of same
- Refer attached Sizing sheet for detailed of desuperheater and Control Valves
- Complete Station / Equiments will be Hydrotested and all reports shall be provided for Review and Records.
- Note that no special Testing is been considered for any Valves or items mentioned above. In case of any specific testing requirement kindly confirm the same.
- Temp sensor to be located at a distance of 12 mtrs from point of water injection. Hence, the same shall be loose supply. Bypass line to be mounted horizontally.
- Recommended ground clearance of 1000mm for the PRDS station is to be maintained.

Exclusions / Clarifications List :

- All site activities such as erection and commissioning shall be in Purchaser scope. Supervision / guidelines for erection and commissioning will be provided by Forbes Marshall.
- All the necessary welding, pipe insulation , stress analysis , supports for piping , site civil work activities is excluded from FM scope of supply.
- Any other items not specifically mentioned in our offer is excluded from our scope of supply.
Commercial Terms & Conditions :

Price Basis : 25050 CIF Buenaventura , Colombia

Currency : US Dollars

Payment Terms : We propose for following Payment Terms :

- 30% Advance against techno-commerically clear Purchase order
- 70% Upon Material Readiness prior to dispatch against Proforma Invoice

Delivery : 18-20 weeks from the date of receipt of Techno-commercial clear Purchase Order & Receipt of Advance.
Drawings & ITP will be submitted within 2 weeks from date of Purchase Order

Offer Validity : Our offer is valid for 30 days.

Warranty Period : FORBES MARSHALL hereby warrants and guarantees that all GOODS supplied under this PURCHASE ORDER shall conform in
every respect to this PURCHASE ORDER and shall be of new, unused and good materials, design, and of the first class
workmanship, and shall be free from all defects, including, but not limited to, defects of design and workmanship. At
PURCHASER's request, FORBES MARSHALL shall repair and/or replace on a priority basis, free of cost to PURCHASER any part of
GOODS that fails in normal use and service under proper operation, because of defective parts, faulty design or workmanship
within eighteen (12) months from the date of commissioning by PURCHASER or within thirty six (18) months from the date of
dispatch of the GOODS whichever is earlier.
