https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awBhj0uzxpQ

4 exercises by 4 teachers (Glen Fleisch, Tobias von Schulthess, Nada Lou, Ann Weiser)
1. Glen Fleisch, https://wholebodyfocusing.com/community/glenn-fleisch,
Awakening to the body spirit:
You, nature, and the gift of life.
Connecting to body, environment, and positive feelings.
Rumi “let go of your worries and be completely light-hearted”; “don’t go back to sleep”
Mary Oliver “You do not have to be good. You do not have to walk on your knees for a
hundred miles through the desert, repenting. You only have to let the soft animal of
your body love what it loves.”.

2. Tobias: Body parts stories ++++

Touching your face, feel them and invite images, stories to come.
Moving your hands, sense what they want to do, and let them speak to you.
(Playback theater practitioner)

3. Nada Lou, www.nadalou.com , Thinking at the edge ++++

Finding your own meaning for the words you are using (pb of universal definition and
what words really means to you). Finding the fresh meaning of the felt sense (a sense
of knowing but the word available doesn’t express the whole meaning of the felt
sense)
a) Find a question you want to answer, here theme-directed: what make me
interested in attending this webinar today?
 deepening my body-mind connection and understanding/expertise of that
connection.
b) Find the word that is the most relevant for you in your sentence
 connection.
c) What connection means to you? Feeling secure, safe, grounded, with a support for
myself, reunion, links, gathering of pieces, depth and density, gravity-weight
feeling, being part of, having a place in the world, regulation of my body
expression-emotion, pacing and rocking of a baby, two hands holding each other,
the supportive and protective gaze of a mother, a caregiver/your mind on you
growing and experiencing/discovering the world, feeling a solid path under my
feet.
d) Recombine your initial sentence with words you will choose from your second list.
 I am attending the webinar because I want to learn how to feel more grounded
and secure, by attending to what my body is experiencing and let my mind
witness it and support this process.
Does it feel right, more accurate to you?
(what about focusing of the words of the list that resonate the most to you and
feel if a shift is happening?)

4. Ann Weiser, Releasing blocks, a conversation with your inner self:

Find a block that you wish to release (writing, creating a dance group, opening a
practice, etc.).
a) Feel your body,
b) “I would love to… and something in me doesn’t do it”
c) Invite “it” to come into present and let you feel (body sense, image, word…)
d) Say hello to that part. If it doesn’t do it, it has a good reason, ask it why.
