The communication flow that takes place in the conversation of Anna and Sara
is upward flow of communication because  in this type of flow of communication it
starts with a person who has a low position to high position wherein Anna is one
of the nurse in the Nursing home and Sara is a nurse that works under the
president Lisa. While in Barbara's it is grapevine flow because she heard the
conversation of Anna and Sara so she ask for the same schedule to Rick and
told her Charles about and he also ask the thing to Dr. Goodman wherein Dr.
Goodman assign his assistant Susan to do it, just a gossip that keeps flowing
and spreading.
2. The changes that should be implemented is that they must all communicate to
each other first before deciding to do things they want to so they wouldn’t have
any misunderstanding wherein they all took a day off that made Dan the only one
left to do all the work in Nursing home.
3. The least thing that they could do now is to call all their nurse that have the same
schedule to remake them and reassign when and who will be left to work on a
certain day in an ethical way to have the same agreement that could benefit them
all and the patients in the Nursing home.
