During My Engineering Degree, Apart From Academics I Got Wide Exposure To Various

Other Activities In The College. Be It Social Work Or College Events, I

Participated In Every Other Activity I Could Get Into. At First, I Joined The
Management Committee Of College Events. After That, I Joined Rotaract Club Of
Ahmedabad Which Organizes Various Kind Of Events In Ahmedabad City. This Gave Me An
Exposure Which Is Not Limited To The College.
Then , I Started To Work In a Coaching Institute Named As Keystone Universe of
Education As A Part Time Job. I Was An Assistant Teacher of Physics For Classes
11th And 12th. Apart From Teaching, I Was Also Into Managerial And Administrative
Tasks. I Was Able To Manage The Administrative Tasks Of Two Branches Consisting Of
About 500 Students .There Were Instances When I Had To Handle Multiple Things At A
Time. Sometimes I Used To Fail , But Having Learnt From My Shortcomings After
Examining Them Carefully, Gradually I Started To Have a Better Grip Over This Job
Role.
Thereafter, I Started An Internship With P&g . I Was A Campus Influencer In Their
Sampling Campaign. I Managed A Team Of Volunteers Who Would Sample And Market Their
Products. From Starting Of A Campaign To Wrapping It Up On A Successful Note, I
Explored Various Aspects Of Management Which Involves Team Management,
Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving , Decision-making And Many More. I Started To
Develop A Deep Interest In Management.
What Motivates Me To Pursue An Mba Is That It Will Help Me To Enhance My Managerial
Skills And Most Importantly I Would Do Something Which I Actually Like.Therefore,
To Enhance My Managerial Skills And To Step-up My Career ,I Decided To Pursue An
Mba.It Will Develop My Inter-personal Skills As An Mba Course Structure Gives A Lot
Of Importance To Presentations And Projects, Group Discussions Which In Turn Hones
My Personality By Developing Confidence And Building Me Into An Effective
Communicator.
