●       At the end of the semester/term, the class shall submit the Final Case Briefs (with corrections
or revision).
●       DO NOT copy any existing case digest or the other class’ case digest.
●       Grade: Each brief will be graded according to:
○       (a) number of cases briefs prepared;
○ (b) conformity to the above rules;
○ (c) the ability to spot relevant facts, issue/s, and ruling/s; and
○ (d) overall presentation of the final output (e.g., compilation of case briefs)
