6. UNDERSTANDING PROSUMER BEHAVIOR IN THE PLATFORM
ECOSYSTEM
Thuật ngữ prosumer được đặt ra bởi nhà tương lai học Toffler (1980), người đã hình dung ra
xu hướng tùy chỉnh hàng loạt trên thị trường mà người tiêu dùng sẽ tham gia vào quá trình
