#APPLETOO STARTS PUBLISHING EMPLOYEES'
TOXIC WORKPLACE STORIES
A group of current and former Apple workers recently banded together and called for
colleagues to share stories of discrimination, harassment and retaliation they'd
experienced within the company. As of August 27th, the group called #AppleToo said
they have collected 500 such stories — and now, they’ve started publishing them on their
official Medium page. Cher Scarlett, an Apple security engineer and the face of the
movement, wrote on Medium that she will share five stories at a time "as the emotional
toll in reading these is heavy." Engadget

LOOKING LIKE GIANT BUTT
Behold, the world’s largest aircraft: a gigantic airship called the Airlander 10 that, when

ESTABLISH A BOOMING AFFILIATE

MARKETING SIDE HUSTLE
Stepping out from under the shadow of a boss, with something like a side hustle in digital
online sales, is an effective strategy for chasing your dreams. In particular, affiliate
marketing has seen exponential growth to become one of the most popular sales tactics
today. Basically, it is the process of earning money every time you promote a company’s
products or services and drive a sale. It’s a win-win situation for both parties, as the
transaction is not complete until a sale is made. Financial Post

I COMPLETELY BUY THE CONSPIRACY
THEORY THAT ROY KENT FROM TED LASSO
IS CGI
“I’ll confess this upfront: I’ve yet to watch an episode of Ted Lasso. But I absolutely buy
the conspiracy theory that one of the show’s main characters, Roy Kent, is a CGI
creation. People on Reddit have apparently been talking about this for months, but after
their discussion was shared on Twitter this week, the theory about the Apple TV Plus
show has gone mainstream. I read some of the threads, googled some screenshots of
Kent himself (or itself), and I have to agree: the man looks like he stepped straight out of
FIFA 21.” The Verge

HUBBLE CAPTURES OBJECT SHOOTING

POWERFUL ENERGY JET ACROSS THE
COSMOS
Dying stars are famous for their explosive and radiant light shows, called supernovae, but
newborn stars can also erupt into brilliant pyrotechnics. A spectacular new image from
the Hubble Space Telescope reveals “a relatively rare celestial phenomenon,” known as a
Herbig–Haro (HH) object, which captures a baby star shooting out luminous jets of hot

gas.” Vice
